Daria Chuprina. Solo developer who genuinely loves building things and learning new stuff.
I fine-tune detection and retrieval models, build the data pipelines that feed them, and ship AI agents, MCP servers and RAG systems that don't hallucinate your client data. I also build native AI agents on Azure. Fundamentals-first kind of engineer. Built a product solo that got selected for Web Summit Alpha startup program.
Lately: defence tech (computer vision, details stay private), visual product search for e-commerce (fine-tuned SigLIP, recall@1 from 57 to 73), synthetic training data in Blender, and turning a single photo of a jewel into a castable 3D model. Cameras that detect things, boards that react, models that run on edge devices: the intersection of code and the physical world is where it gets fun.
When I'm not coding:
- → writing a noir novel about a maniac (sometimes)
- → making handmade jewelry
- → watching everything from Big Bang Theory to European arthouse
- → reading Wikipedia for hours
